Off the Radar . . .

Today's a gorgeous day. Breezy and cool, but the sky is cloudless and the sun is beaming down and green baby leaves are fuzzing the edges of all the trees. Spring!

My Earth Day service went really well today. Peter preached an energetic, mind-stretching sermon; I read the scriptures without stumbling over the words; and the singing was lovely. Plus, now people know who I am. :) There were even yummy desserts afterward, of which I partook liberally.

I am swinging into the last three weeks of school. As such, I'm going to be extremely busy--just thinking about the mountain of projects and papers and grading to hack through has me quivering in my Chacos. So I'm posting this as a warning that I'm going to drop off the radar until, say, May 11th. If you don't hear from me, that's why. If I don't answer your calls, that's why. If I don't post until then, that's why. I'm sure I will spend some time procrastinating, in the form of phone conversations or emails, but don't count on it.

I love you all, and I look forward to some good, long, lazy conversations when I come up for air in three weeks.

Many blessings!

  3. That did take awhile, didn't it? But it's registered now!

  5. Yeah, but I probably shouldn't be. You are not the only lazy, procrastinating student. I'm just as bad, if not worse. I didn't get anything done this weekend, either, but I really should have . . .

Perhaps I should say that I didn't get anything done, homework-wise. People-wise, I had some good times. :)
